Inspiring Students in the Classroom
Do you have any good songs, quotes, movie clips, acitivites, lessons, ideas that can be used in a high school classroom to inspire/motivate students? If you have something good this forum is a great place to share it. Hopefully this can become a repository of great ideas.
John Wooden's Pyramid of Success - this is a great resource to use in the classroom. Students need an image of success and the path to it. Just believing in success isn't enough. You have to learn the proper way to work toward your goal. This site is a great one!
Solutions, etc.'s Resource Page - we've put together a page with movies, books, and music that teachers can either use in the classroom or "behind the scenes" to make themselves into more effective educators. If you have ideas that should be added to this resource page, let us know.
