I recently wrote an article titled Are You Missing Your Own Reflection? which appears in the current edition of the Rhode Island Small Business Journal (RISBJ).

While the article is designed for the business community, the concepts and the activity are relevant to parents, teachers and students transitioning to high school (as well as at other grade levels).  Just substitute the word "students" for "customers" as you read the article.
