Hi Debra,

The answer to your question is it depends.... The largest group I've had is 400 (just slightly less than your 420). The smallest is in the dozen or so range. When doing a large group I run it as a TV Games Show style program... some activities for everyone and some are watch the people on stage. With a room with good sound and AV characteristics the large group format works very well. When doing with a smaller group everyone gets to take their turn at most activities. That works well too... Thank you for asking. Ron

How many students can be accommodated at one time for a presentation? It seems like small group activities. My freshman class is 420 students.
