We plan on reading through it in our team planning sessions to see how what we are currently doing would compare to some of your recommendations. In watching the YouTube videos, so far we have created something very similar to what your vision is. We are in our fourth year of implementation, but due to budget issues, we may have our "Freshman House" dissolved due to staffing issues. If that is the case, I fear it will have pretty negative repercussions on our school.
