The Freshman Transition Network
Working together to transition freshmen & transform schools from the bottom up!
On The Freshman Transition Network we try to provide ideas for inspirational/motivational classroom resources. A lot of great ideas have been presented and they have ended up scattered all over The Network. This blog post is an attempt to give folks one easy resource that links to the others. If you have any ideas that should be added just let me know!

Thank you so much for the quick response. Our school must be hard at work again with securing the computers in an effort to prevent access to anything useful, because I am unable to access any of your video links on here. However, the title was enough to help me find it on You Tube. Thanks :)

Hi Scott,
I am looking for a video that you had posted a year or two ago about the HS football team from a behavioral school or detention center or something similar who went to another school and had their own group of "fans" to cheer them on. I can not seem to find this video. Is it still here and I am just somehow missing it? If you remember what I'm talking about, hopefully you can remember some details to send me in the right direction for hunting the video down. The version I had saved in my Youtube playlist was deleted. Thanks :)
Outstanding list, Scott!!! Thank you for sharing!
Daphne - great to hear from a fellow Hokie alum! (Although, let the record show the FTN also welcomes Cavaliers!)
Feel free to share any ideas you might have. The more collaboration, the merrier!
